Brought my girlfriends Honda Element in for an oil change the other day, I worked with Xaviar, Carlos, Jonah, and gio. From start to finish these guys were GREAT! the oil change was done in minutes and they were completely transparent about some things they saw on the car. These guys did a great job and I can confidently say they're all as honest and straight forward as it gets! Highly impressed

I went here for an oil change today to find that the oil plug had been broken off inside of the oil pan and my oil could not be drained. This is the same place I took my car for an oil change last time. Last time, they were out of stickers so I waited until my car warned me to take my car back in for a change. Yesterday, the warning came on, which is every 5000 miles and I went back today where the plug was discovered. This is the only place that has touched my oil. They are trying to say I waited 10,000 miles before getting an oil change, which isn’t true because my car light only comes on every 5000 miles. They are denying an error in typing my mileage in last time and denying breaking the oil plug and refused to fix it or compensate for the damage and, on top of it, tried to accuse me of being dishonest about my previous oil change when I would’ve just gone back to the last place I got my oil change, instead, to discuss the broken plug. This is, by far, the absolute worst service I have ever had on my car in any category and the denial and lies given to me by management is appalling. I will never return and let everyone I know not to get their service done there. I am now stuck

This place is the best!!!! My car was having several issues, not only did they help me and explain it all but the oil change is $30 off right now! My car drives totally differently! As a female it’s hard to trust these types of places but the manager there is super friendly and helpful! Never taking my car anywhere else

I would give this Jiffy Lube 10,000/10,000 if I could! The service was incredibly fast, and I hardly had any wait time at all. Rob and Dre provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced—friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Whether you need an oil change, brakes, or just an air check, this is definitely the place to go. The team works quickly without sacrificing quality, and they make the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!

I took my company truck here for a routine oil change and was completely shocked when i was asked to exit my vehicle so they could do a list of things they called my office in new york and got approved thst my truck did not need. Completely taking advantage of the fact they werent there to see it. They sold a front brake job claiming the friction material on the fromt brake pads was below 4mm without ever even pulling the wheels off to look. When they pulled the wheels and actually looked it was clear there was more than 4mm and i was told “well its already been approved”. I kept the old brake pads and measured them with a caliper when i left and they were all between 10 and 11mm. They sold us a cabin air filter and then did not replace it. They did not reset my oil change reminder light and within a week 2 of my wheel centercaps have fallen off while i was driving. I can only assume from improper installation. Considering we have probably 15-20 trucks on this job i have suggested to my coworkers we find a different location. Shady practices at best. Borderline criminal.
